There are 2 manufacturing locations.
They are Milk-processing complex in Voronezh and Sinitsinskiy processing complex.
Our production processes in a level of technologies are one of the foremost. All the processes are automated.
Total nominal power of both manufacturing locations is 60 000 kilos per day.
Milk-processing complex
On the Milk-processing complex, there are 2 main production units of dairy products. First – is a unit of butter and spread with nominal power of 65 500 kilos per day:
- 6 butter workers (attainable power is 182 300 kilos per day)
- 1 viscolizer (attainable power is 4 750 kilos per day)
Second – is a unit of sour cream and products with sour cream with nominal power of 24 000 kilos per day.
- 2 filling units (attainable power is 22 140 kilos per day)
Sinitsinskiy processing complex
First – is a unit of cream-cheese and cottage cheese desserts with nominal power of 24 000 kilos per day:
- 4 vessels (attainable power is 15 200 kilos per day)
- 1 clip-stuffer (attainable power is 9 000 kilos per day)
Second – is a unit of butter and spread with nominal power of 50 000 kilos per day:
- 3 butter workers (attainable power is 41 000 kilos per day)
- 1 vessel (attainable power is 9 150 kilos per day)
